Terms of use

1. Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Use only a number that is yours.
• Keep your phone locked and do not share your codes; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• One person per account. If your number changes, contact Little Steps support.

2. Schools

A school registers itself and starts once Little Steps approves it. The school decides who joins it, and is responsible for the information it adds — including having parents’ agreement for children’s photos.

3. Using Little Steps well

Use Little Steps for school communication. Do not:

• share a child’s information or photos outside the school;
• harass, threaten or mislead anyone, or post anything unlawful;
• try to reach another school’s information, break the app’s security, or overload it;
• copy or resell the app or use it to build another service.

4. What you post

What you post stays yours or your school’s. You allow Little Steps to store it and show it to the people in your school who should see it — only to run the service.

5. Free and paid plans

Schools can use the core of Little Steps for free. Paid plans with more features are offered to schools, never to parents: parents never pay Little Steps for using the app.

6. Keeping the service running

We work to keep Little Steps available and safe, and plan maintenance outside school hours. We cannot promise the service will never be interrupted.

7. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time. We may pause or close an account or a school that breaks these terms, after telling them when we can.

8. Responsibility

Schools are responsible for what they post. As far as the law allows, Little Steps is not responsible for indirect losses from using the service.

9. Law, changes and contact

These terms follow the laws of India. When they change, we publish the new version here with its date. Questions: Little Steps support, from the app (More → Help) or on WhatsApp.
